Specialists Marketing Services
Cyndi is a 27 year veteran of the direct marketing industry. She spent 16 years at Direct Media Inc. working with some of the top publishers in the business. She then moved to the DMI/Acxiom’s London office to integrate the systems with the U.S. and implemented sales techniques and strategies. After 2001, she joined American List Counsel and then RMI Direct Marketing, developing a blue chip portfolio with some of the most prestigious publishers, consumer catalogs and non-profit clients. In 2011, she joined Specialists Marketing Services as Sr. Vice President. Cyndi currently sits on the DMCNY board; and has volunteered on the planning committee for the DMA Nonprofit Federation conference in NYC.
The Agency Inside Harte-Hanks
Pam Haas has over 20 years of sales and sales management experience. Pam is an excellent motivator, trainer and leader with demonstrated results in team building, communication, executive selling and results achievement in a direct marketing environment. She is currently VP Sales, Agency Services at Harte-Hanks and before that was Director of Sales – Eastern Region at Lyris. Prior to joining Lyris she was Director of Sales at Epsilon, Vice President, Channel Sales at Goodmail Systems. Before joining Goodmail Systems Pam held sales leadership roles at various marketing services organizations. She is currently First Vice President of the DMCNY board.
Vice President, MeritDirect, LLC. Was co-founder of LDSGroup, Inc., and prior to that was a Vice President at MKTG Services. He was a principal with The Kleid Company, Inc. He has over 20 years of list and data marketing experience and has worked with a variety of clients in publishing, catalog marketing, and financial services. Jeff has served as Chairman of the DMA's List & Database Council and has spoken at numerous industry events including Direct Marketing Days in New York, the DMA's Fall Conference, SIPA (Specialized Information Publisher’s Association) and List Vision.
BMI Fulfillment Services
Director, BMI Fulfillment Services is a pioneer in the use of computers for business applications. He began using computers in 1954 at the Standard Oil Company of N.J. (now Exxon). His DM career started in 1963 when he developed new techniques for identifying duplicates on mailing lists. He was one of the directors of Direct Marketing Days in New York. He has been a member of the Direct Marketing Club of New York since 1980 and Arthur was honored with a Silver Apple award in 1994. He is currently the owner of BMI Fulfillment Services, Norwalk, CT.
Reggie Brady Marketing Solutions
President, Reggie Brady Marketing Solutions, is a noted direct marketing consultant and Internet industry pioneer with experience on both the client side and the service side. She develops well-planned and executed approaches that promote synergy across traditional and Web-based advertising, promotions and direct marketing channels and helps many companies as they focus their business strategies on maximizing online success.Reggie received the Silver Apple award in 2002.
Pegg Nadler Associates, Inc.
Pegg Nadler operates Pegg Nadler Associates, Inc. providing direct marketing, database marketing and business development services to media, publishing, retail and nonprofits clients. Previously Pegg directed database operations at Hachette Filipacchi Media US, Consumers Union, Phillips Publishing, and Smithsonian Institution. She headed marketing operations at Hadassah, Jindo Furs, The Fur Vault, Belvedere Press and Abrams Books. Pegg serves on the DMA Ethics Policy Committee, Annual Planning Advisory Council and Innovation Awards Judging Committee. She is a past DMA Nonprofit Federation Advisory Council Chair. In 2009, Pegg was named “Direct Marketer of the Year” by Target Marketing magazine.
McVicker & Higginbotham
Danielle Brooks is Business Development Manager at McVicker & Higginbotham which has provided design, personalization and lettershop to blue chip non-profit mailers for over 50 years. Danielle’s previous experience includes sales positions with Data Management, the Polk Company, and Trans Union’s Performance Data Division. During the past 2 years, she has enjoyed overseeing Marketing Communication for DMCNY. She has served on the board of Women in Direct Marketing, International (WDMI) as Treasurer and President. She is a member of the MFSA; the Philadelphia DMA; the Swiss Society of NY; and the Direct Marketing Fundraiser's Association.
Corporate Vice President, has been with Focus USA, a leading list management and analytical solutions company for over 10 years. She oversees the Business Development Group for online and offline data sales, and analytical products and is also responsible for identifying and implementing new and timely data products and services. She spent 10 years on active duty in the United States Air Force before starting her career as a list broker in 1995. Lori previous positions include Director, List and Data at Harte Hanks and Media Director at CPS Direct.
Rita Gantt has worked in the marketing services space for seventeen years, and has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry including client side, agency side and as a strategic sales consultant. Rita’s various endeavors include work with the private and non-profit sectors, helping to grow their business using unique data, analytics and database platforms.
Rita began her business development career at Experian and went onto manage the Experian account for Alterian while working for the software company. While at Merkle, Rita spearheaded the launch of the catalog industry solutions for the organization resulting in the addition of multiple titles to their portfolio. Rita has recently rejoined Experian where she will be working in the database marketing services team focusing on growing the retail and catalog business.
Rich Kirshberg is President of RK Interactive, a direct and digital marketing consulting firm. Rich is a proven Direct Marketing professional. His track record of developing new products from inception to rollout has resulted in substantial revenue growth. As a leader with over 20 years experience at companies including Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Columbia House, Digitas, and Affinion, Rich has produced creative and branding breakthroughs in marketing materials that are innovative, relevant, and impactful. Rich is an active member of both the Direct Marketing Club of New York and the American Marketing Association. He holds an MBA from Fordham University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University.
Peter Malamas is a Manhattan-based Regional Manager at ForeSee, a customer experience analytics firm. His specialty area is online solutions that help companies acquire new customers and build stronger relationships with existing customers, using customer experience analytics, digital marketing, and social media.
Peter’s experience ranges from individual sales contributor to a leader who's started-up and consistently grown product lines and business units as Director of Strategic Partnerships at eWayDirect, VP Sales & Product Management at SGA Executive Tracker, and President at idEXEC, an infoGroup company.

Keith Messer is Vice President of Marketing & New Business Development with Data Services, Inc., a leading provider of US & international data quality and related multichannel marketing services, where he assists a global client base of organizations across industrial verticals with their US, Canadian and international direct and email marketing programs. Keith has been with Data Services since 2006, prior to which he worked in Corporate Marketing for Siemens Corporation and then as Senior Regional Sales Manager for The Essex Companies. He holds a BS in Integrated Marketing Communications and Information Systems & Operations Management from Fairfield University.
Lisa Moore is a twenty year measurable veteran; she is currently Director of Business Development at PrecisionDemand. PrecisionDemand is revolutionizing TV media using direct mail style analytics to score, select and measure TV media performance. She has devoted her career to serving direct channel marketers. Her expertise includes both off line and digital customer acquisition. Lisa has a decade of cooperative database experience where she developed a deep understanding of database architecture, list segmentation and consumer shopping behavior. Inspired by entrepreneurs and lover of change, Lisa has collaborated at four start-ups along the way!
A founding partner and Executive Vice President at MeritDirect, Paulette specializes in B2B customer acquisition/retention and consults with her clients on topics such as database strategies, customer profile analysis, multichannel marketing, and response analysis while providing expertise in “best practice” marketing based on a client’s specific needs. Having the good fortune to work with clients such as LL Bean Direct to Business, Hello Direct, Godiva, Wall Street Journal, Kiplinger Washington Letter and Tax Letters, New England Business Service (Deluxe), and Yahoo! - Paulette enjoys participating in their success, as her clients are recognized as some of the top B2B mailers today. Paulette is also a member of the DMA’s “Business to Business” Council as well as a board member of the DMCNY.
Ron Sichler is President / owner of RLS Media Associates. Previously he was Vice President of Data Services, Inc. He has also logged 36 years in the newspaper and magazine business and has served as Publisher of DM News the former weekly trade newspaper of the direct marketing business as well as Publisher of Direct and Catalog Age Magazine, Ron is a respected media expert. His DMCNY board involvement spans two decades. A 1999 Silver Apple recipient, Sichler is a graduate of Iona College and lives in Greenwich, CT.
Brooke Swindle is a Sales Director for Experian CheetahMail, building new business on the East Coast. Previously she was a Senior Account Executive for Lyris, Inc., where she was responsible for Eastern Region US and Canada sales, and she was before then with eDataSource for 3 years as Director of Sales selling competitive email and social monitoring. Brooke graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Journalism, with a focus on English and Literature. She is an active member in the New York Cares volunteer program, travels frequently for both business and pleasure, and serves on the Direct Marketing Club of New York Board of Directors. Brooke is originally from Texas but currently calls New York City home.
Rick Witsell, is Vice President, Marketing and co-founder of Alliant. He has over 25 years of strategic and tactical communications experience. He ran his own consulting firm for 12 years which provided advertising, brand development and investor relations services to clients in financial services, publishing and high technology sectors. Prior to the Alliant start-up effort, Rick oversaw the development and launch of a real-time risk-management service for major direct response marketers. In addition he has held management and creative positions in advertising and publishing organizations. Rick also provides volunteer services to the DMEF.
Stu Boysen Associates, Inc.
Stuart Boysen began his direct marketing career joining Hoke Communications, Inc. in 1978 to computerize all aspects of the company. The system was expanded to handle administration for DMCNY, Direct Marketing Days in New York, the Direct Marketing Fundraisers Association, Fund Raising Day in New York and Women in Direct Marketing International. DMCNY honored him with its Silver Apple Award in 1997 and he was inducted into the DMA of Long Island’s Hall of Fame in 2009. Stu is a past president of the Fulfillment Management Association and serves as Exhibits Chair for Fund Raising Day in New York.
